Sometimes if you send a lone unit to wander off aimlessly away from your main stack of death the AI will send multiple siege weapons at that single unit :D. Closest thing I got.

There's no cheating in counterstrike. Honest.

Most of the "cheat bugs" are gone. You can gift a culturally pressured city to the AI, so that it has 1 pop (gifted cities can't flip). You can then mercilessly run spies in this city, which will be closer to your capitol than usual, 1 pop or so, often revolting, and probably your religion. Cheap techs anyone? That's the closest thing I've got for you. The rest aren't bugs, but viable strategies or the worldbuilder.
