First, if this is not the right place to post this my apologizes. All I want to do is add range to bombardment of siege weapons. I have looked all over and can't figure it out. When I played civ3 it was as simple as going into the worldbuilder (or whatever it was called) and typing in a number. Not as much luck with this world builder. Am I blind? or do I need to do xml editing which I have no idea about. Please help me.
