Does anybody find infiltration useful? I always wondered if it would be good to infiltrate so I could run a few harassment type missions (foment "x") or steal a tech without losing to much comparative standings with the targeted civ, but then it sometimes seems like the points don't add up to very much.

So my questions are, has anyone used infiltration to good effect and also what types of spy missions do you use regularly? I have found that some missions seem weird to me (like influence civic and religion which affect diplomacy but for a couple turns). And the foment "x" missions seem kinda weak. Also, steal money mission seems absolutely pointless.

Basically I want to really learn how to use spying more effectively, especially because I play Prince and Monarch.

I wanna know how you build up a favorable ratio. I never used spying before but I'm starting to use it now I"m on the higher difficulties. And I like to steal technologies but the problem is when I do it once I never see that option again. And I build all the spy buildings and even have a great spy. I don't want to waste resources on the EP slider, you need that for research.

But to your question yes EP is very useful cause you c an steal techs. It can also use the city revolt to help culture flip a city, or you can do counter espionage against someone who likes using spies against you.
