So I have a Q22wb Optiquest monitor and its not working.

I've had it since fall and it worked well until yesterday. Plain and simple, it shut down. And I have never been able to turn it back on and leave it on. I've tried unplugging and replugging all cables to no avail. However, when I reconnect the power plugs, sometimes when I push the power button, it turns green for one second and turns off. Two times, it stayed on for about 20-30 seconds before turning back off after I replugged the power. Is there any possible way to fix this without sending it to the company?

(I can send it, but I prefer not to)

By the looks of it, that is no longer available for sale. Which to me says that it's probably got a real bad reputation. Unless there's a reset button somewhere, I think you have to contact the company.

Looks like you may be out of luck.

Is the power cable just a standard "computer" power cable? If so, try a different cable (e.g. the one that currently goes into your PC) and see how long it stays on.

Other than that, I reckon you'll have to send it back... Have you searched the tinterwebs to see if other people are having that problem with this monitor?

Its still available for sale at almost every website that sells computer parts. The reputation is extremely good, almost every single review on Newegg is 5 stars. No reset button.

The cable came with the monitor.
