0.97 version changes:
-AI Attitude can be (just a little bit) influenced by num of gods your state religion believes in
-Maginot Line Wonder requires to be built in bordering city
-Shinto shrine static movie now appears correctly
-The options presentation screen (on game start/load) works correctly
-All constitutional elements' buttons appear correctly
-Tradeable resources now appear correctly on the main screen
-Crash due to Greek swordsman graphics FIXED
-Under some types of government (Representation, Universal Suffrage), the Senate can interfere with your military policy.
-New vote types for Apostolic Palace
-All versions of Windows Vista are now compatible with the mod
-The mod includes now Super Spies Modcomp
-New Project Type: Supervisory Committee (+1 ESP/trade route & +3 EXP for new produced spies, in all cities) // 2 players max can create it.
-Intelligence Agency is now limited to 2 by players
-Great Spy can discover an espionage related technology (inspired by Thomas' War 2.1 Mod)
-Politician GP can now launch a Social Reform (Cottages/Hamlets of a city automatically become Villages)
-Many errors fixed in the civilopedia
-New religions (animism, Zoroastrism, etc...) have now a static movie
-Culture levels thresholds increased of 50%
-New Victory Type: Prestige (you must possess the 3 most prestigious cities)
-Research costs are just a little bit decreased on large, huge, and very huge maps
-The mod now includes Police Mod 1.0 (partially)
-New resolution type for UN/Apostolic palace: Share Maps (share the currents maps of
non-condemned members)
-New Pedia entries for route and resolution types
-New main screen option type which permit to show/hide number of your planes each city can
lodge
-Sid's advices re-written for technologies
-UN/Apostolic Palace totally converted to diplo points system (the General Secretary receives diplo points which allows him to propose resolutions when he wants).
0.96 version changes:
-Tutorial activation/disactivation no longer managed via the player options. A new button permit to manage it via the main screen.
-Diplomat and Sailor units now become ships when they enter into a water tile.
-Static movies now show effects of wonders/projets
-New graphics for Hovercraft
-Hovercraft can not longer attack (only defensive unit)
-Leaders' names appear in alphabetical order
-During the game, players can apply a skin to their civilization
-A bug made the ONU costs very expensive, it is fixed
-A new screen permit to players to personalize what informations must be shown on the main screen
-United Nations & World Trade Center Wonders now reduce UN costs.
-UN costs increased/decreased depending on the difficulty level.
-UN/Apostolic palace can now propose a war resolution even if there is no member in war with the targetted player
-UN/Apostolic palace pop-ups are totally redraw
-A new U.N. resolution type permit to buy advance start points to less developped players
-A new U.N. resolution type permit to exclude any member which have declare a war without validation of the institution
-A new U.N. resolution permit to force peace (for all players) with barbarians
-A new U.N. resolution type permit to send peace forces on a conflict land
-All the projects can now be built
-The mod loads (very) faster
-The mod is compatible with the 3.17 version of BTS
-Players can trade a contact with an unknown civilization
0.94 version changes:
-Peace Treaties length can now be modified in the INI file of the mod
-Being member of United Nations generates a new cost (International Tax)
-Travel of Magellan can now be created in coastal cities only
-Naval movements bug fixed (some of players' naval units moved automatically)
-Cohesion rate now influe on Buildings destructions after conquests.
-Signing a protectorate with the governor of a conquered city, reduces World Wonders destruction probabilities by undisciplined troops
-Distance of the capital/governement center influence on the governors' loyalty is now decreased, and really appears on the city screen.
-TXT_kEY_UNIT_NUBIAN_MEDJAY_STRATEGY now returns a valid text
-TXT_kEY_SYNCRETAL_STRATEGY now returns a valid text
-Modified Theology strategy text (It no longer announces that this tech creates Christianism)
-Olympic happiness now really appears on the city screen
-TXT_KEY_BUILDING_SPHINX_STRATEGY now returns a valid text
-TXT_KEY_BUILDING_LABYRINTH_STRATEGY now returns a valid text
-Promotion 'Plunderer' renamed into 'razzia'
-Cities Top 5 is now based on a better calculation
-AI players no longer raze any conquered cities
-'Trade Map' resolutions are deleted (they need to be improved)
-Slaves can improve tiles ONLY with Serfdom/Proletariat civics
-Trajan's Column now reveal visible cities
-Chances to get a slave after a victory (or from a vassal player) now depend on the chosen difficulty level
-'Arc de Triomphe', 'Big Ben', 'Burj-al', 'Cromlech', 'Printpress (Gutenberg)', 'Harmandir sahib', 'Machu Pichu', 'Terracotta', and 'Trajan's Column' wonders now have new static movies.
-Inflation rate is now increased by the imbalance between production and commerce.
-Non-voting members of UN/Apostolic Palace (due to their civic choices), can now be knowned in the Victory screen
-Players can now disable buildings graphics appearance via the INI file
-A new INI option permit to disable ethnic unit art styles.

v0.93 - Patch 2.1 changes:
The Patch 2.1 includes the patch 2.0.
- Inquisition espionage mission type now works
- A new game option limits damages which an ancient unit can cause on advanced units (Disabled by default)
- No longer supply cost for slaves, migrants, and leader units
- Corruption costs/Inflation decreased. The game is now more playable thanks to a lower difficulty level.
- Human players can now be vassals of AI players
- Razing a city can generate more gold from plunder
- Governors never paralyse their units with Tolerant trait
- With Pantheon (national wonder), razing a city automatically raid a part of the population (generating slaves)
- Pantheon now decreases birth of pirates probability of 35%
- Olympic medals can now be winned by several players (there was a bug)
- Slaves/Migrants/Diplomat units can be automated
- General Secretary no longer propose a passed resolution to vote if he's satisfied of the old result (BTS original Bug)
v0.93 - Patch 2.0 changes:
-Players now decide which elements influence number of votes each player have in UN/Apostolic Palace. Can be disabled via a game option.
-Sun Tzu's Art of War now allows upgrade of units out of borders (but it lost some of its ancient advantages).
-Victory Screen's bug fixed
-Resized (again) arsenal building
-Resized Military School
-Out of game Civilopedia works better
-Cohesion text position more adaptive with game options (with/without mercenaries/corporation screens buttons)
-Number of valid religions can be changed in the ini file

The 3 files work together, they don't contain the same files ;-).
valentinpotra May 15, 2008, 12:09 PM I really wish I could get this to work because it seems absolutely increadible! The scope is immense, and I am excited to find something so historical and with so many options - absolutely amazing looking. Now, the problem. When I start playing I have no menu options presented, when I found a city there's no city screen and I can't select anything. The problem might be due to my running the driect2drive (version of civ and bts, but they're all up to date. I don't know - but I'm so excited to have the chance to play this mod. It really seems amazing.
jojoweb May 15, 2008, 12:45 PM Verify that you haven't any mod installed in My Documents/My Games/Beyond the Sword. You can re-install the game to verify that your original files aren't modified. It seems to be a conflict between your installed files and the mod's files ;-).

Installation of mods in the 'mydocuments' folders is always a bad idea ;-). You must install all the mods in the \Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods folder. If you install some mods in 'mydocuments\civ4\mods', you will encounter many incompatibility problems.
I want to know when mapscripts are compatible with this mod? Full of Resources will crashed when I select or use it.
Hum i'm sorry, but i don't know how mapscripts work. Can't Sto make an adapted version of Full of Resources ?

No world map planned, sorry. I don't know anything about map creation. I will try, nevertheless, to ask some help on a french forum.
