It seems to me that this mod is dead. Bein as that may, I have a suggestion. You should restructure this mod to include civs from the Simarillion. I'll post more on this tomorrow with detailed ideas.

You should include civs from the Silmarillion in this mod. Here is an outline of those civs.

Leader: Thingol
Hero: Beleg Strongbow
Noldor

Hero: Maedhros

Leaders: Hador Lorindol, Bregor, Haleth
Hero: Beren Erchamion

Here you go, the general idea is to make the races not centered on Age, for instance, the men of Beor who cross Ered Luin are the descendants of the Men of Numenor, who are the descendants of the Kings of Arnor and Gondor. As such it is logical for them to be grouped together.
