is there a canadian civilization for civ4 regular without warlords or bts? i have version 1.74 (i think, im not sure)

I haven't updated it since 1.61, so you might try it and let me know what XML error messages you get.

i downloaded it and i have mozzila firefox so it was through the mozzila firefox download manager and when i clicked open it asked me what program to use. so
i put in the civ4 disk, exited out of the autorun, then select civ4 to open but none of the features are there
