Anyway, why not give it a recognisable name, such as NATO, which in this instance could mean the North American(instead of Atlantic) Treaty Organisation?

Sioux thinks 8 belongs to Iroquois.Read UKNES2,I offered USA 3g if they stop wanting it back.But I will again go to war over this if by this dispute Europeans are coming to America.

Probably when there is sometime peace Iroquois,CSA and Sioux could invade Hawaii and make it into the summer domicile of all American leaders.
