Democracy is the best type of government in my opinion. It is very agravating that when i declare war on a Nation my cities erupt into civil disorder. So the solution to my problem is to make the other nation declare war on me.

First I get my settlersto build cites near Americas not so highly cultered cites. Then I buy culture buildigs such as(temps, Collos, Caths,librays, and Univercitys) Next after buying all those improvments, I build a palace. While my palace is getting built I reserch Music Theory so I get Shakeaspear Theatrer. Instead of letting the palace getting finsihed I change it to The cathedral and in like 5 turns I have a Shakeaspear Theater. And the culture points roll in. Bfore u know it America's not so highly cultured cites are mine. This should be getting Mr. Lincoln angry.

And If that doesnt work this is another thing u can do to the Americans. Since they like to expand, America likes to build colonies to resoures and luxuries items, I get my settlers to build citys near the Resources and it makes them mine. That will make America declare war on you.

To fight the war I would use Calvarys. And your people wont be as mad because you didnt start the war.:king:
