Just something I've not ever been able to find anywhere, but I was wondering what the maximum Tile area One city can hold? I play OCC a lot and I've never seen anything bigger then 4 tiles each way outside of my BFG. or a total of 6 tiles in one direction not counting the city itself. Does someone know or have seen any that are bigger? My pop is 24 and I have about 1.4million culture but it has not got any bigger for a long time.

I forget the actual levels but once your city hits legendary status it will no longer increase the cultural radius. Each level change causes the radius to increase by 1, starting at 1. I believe that 6 squares out from the city square (5 increases) is the maximum that you can can in any one city (which squares with your observations).
