Well, for one thing you could have asked in his thread instead of opening one, for another you could have used the search function to see if it turns up anything.

Well, I did, and supposedly Better Tomorrow (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=263208) contains his flags (as do Composite XL (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=235488) and probably some others). So I guess your best bet is to download one of those and get the flags there.

As far as I can see there is no forum for just asking questions. All the forums are somehow related to a subject like modpacks, graphics, python etc.

Or did I miss something?? :confused:

There is a sticky in most forums saying that questions belong in the main C&C forum.
