I'm experimenting with a really revolutionary idea I had, whether or not it works, and I need a little help with effects. I know people have made new effects for units and such but I have yet to find a guide on how to do it. If anyone can direct me to a guide or can tell me how to create new effects and what files and processes are involved (sorry I'm so needy, but I tried looking for it.), it would really help.
