Arkadia, finsh the library, it says 39 turns, won't be because the cows needs to be worked

Worker near Arkadia i think should build the transport system from Arete to NG

Arete, I was thinking either a temple for extra happiness or monestry for a slight science boost and missionarys, or if we go to war, then miltary units.

If we're in monarchy we're not really going to be needing the extra happiness.

I'd prefer Settlers personally.

Changed, settler then worker i think we only have two and it would be good to get more.

I'd prefer workers over settlers, if we've only got 2 and have four cities thats just not really good enough.

New Giruvegan can build a worker, in the general interest of the people :). We need some religion spread over here soon though...

I would like to offer you Governorship of the great City-State of Arkadia.
As official "Governor of Arkadia" you will have overall control of your City-State. This includes build qeues (excluding wonders) and citizen/specialist management. If you have any further needs from the Crown please post here or send me a PM.
