A Thoght acured to me tht it would be good to see a doctor who mod emerging is there already is one or one is being made plese could someone inform me I have no expirience (or any idea) of modeling so i could not realy start one myself

Doctor Who events might be fun - blue police box appears in one of your cities -> something unexpected happens and maybe some alien technology is left behind which can be used then to boost buildings/units. Maybe some event could trigger you to found Torchwood institute :D

a good idea might be that you play a normal game but then at 2008 or somthing the doctor apears in one of your citys and a alien invasion begins and you have to defeat the aliens
