I have started two new polls that need your urgent attention! See my poll index post for links here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=6845285&postcount=24).

Session 8: BCLG100 offline play # turns awaiting poll results occurs May 23rd.

Session 9: Monday, the 26th.

Session 10: Friday, the 30th.

Session 11: Monday, the 2nd of June.

Session 12: Friday, the 6th of June.

Depending on turn allotments per session, that would could be either 30 or 50 turns. If it's only 25 turns, i.e 5 turns per session, then five more sessions will be played. If it's 50 turns, then hold a confidence vote on Saturday, the 7th of June through the 14th of June. Passing a confidence test, the dynasty would play another 50 turns. Failing a confidence test, then a new election will be started, with platforms and politicking beginning on the 15th of June and running until the 22nd of June.

A TurnChat's open? I would like to nominate Diamondeye as the player.

Generally someone has to actually want to do it and then they're allowed, no real reason to nominate.

I could do the 6th of June!

I could do the 6th of June!

Considering these turns are very crucial, as they're the preparation to our war, I'd rather do them myself.

I'm waiting for someone/anyone to start a discussion on how/what we're going to be doing on the Spanish war, soon as that happens i'll attempt to do a t/c a few days after we've come to a decent conclusion. So i can't just start a t/c then hope we're done discussing in time.

We had some Spanish war discussion, are you going to schedule a TC?

We should get a TC going soon, it's been 10 days!

Agree with Civplayah, the game needs to get moving again.

Oh, and I am glad you nominated me, Civplayah, but I am busy playing a SG and a CSG while reading for my exams. Besides, I am mainly in it for the roleplay. If the POF is to play a session, I suggest Civplayah of Aluminumknight as the DP.

Sorry i've got computer issues, if anyone wants to help theres a thread all about my problems in the tech forum here. As yet no joy fixing it, attempting to fix it is taking up the majority of my time.

I'm still very busy.

Anyone volunteering to play?

I don't know how to take screenshots, so until I know how, I can't play a turnchat.

Well, there should be a PrintScreen button on your keyboard

civplayah
Jun 17, 2008, 04:23 PM
There is. After I press print screen, I paste it into paint, then I open the Forums. I open a new post, and I click manage attachments. I try to upload it as a thumbnail, and when it says it's done uploading, it doesn't appear on the post.

You can also upload your screenies to a site like photo bucket and post the image using a direct link.

EDIT: Instead of pasting your screenies to paint try uploading them directly from:
my documents/my games/beyondthesword/screenshots/screenshot??

I can play if there isn't anyone else who wants to, pretty much anytime after tomorrow morning because my exams will be finished :D :woohoo:

What about saturday afternoon? I can back-up then (though I'll most likely have a hangover). Let's say:

saturday 21st of June 12.00 (noon) GMT 1.00 PM British summer time 2.00 PM Central European Daylights savings time
Designated Player: Joe Harker
Back-up: dutchfire

That would be perfect :), it would be offline session as usual with me.

(though I'll most likely have a hangover)

That makes two of us then!

How do I save a screenie to photo bucket?

How do I save a screenie to photo bucket?

Your screenies are automatically saved to your computer. Just use the string-
documents/my games/beyond the sword/screenshots/screenshot??
and they should be there. You are uploading them from your computer to photobucket or a similar photo sharing site not directly from the game.

I'd like a new session this weekend. I could play it myself on saturday or sunday, though I'm not really sure of the exact time due to probable hangovers.
