fixed civilizationinfos.xml to be put in custom civilizations/denmark

Was just going over some of the changes you made(dl), you put a DANNEBROG in the art files but in the line it reads Modules/Custom Civilizations/Denmark/Flavor/uu/gerkn/gerkn, no folder or file there??

removed it. Wanted to use an additional model for the UU but decided against it and just used the danish knight model, which is unique anyways.
