Not exactly news any longer, but it deserves a proper thread, I think.

It's the second time they try making a sequel to Majesty. The last time the original devs Cyberlore gave it up a few years back. Now the IP has been bought by Paradox Interactive and a new dev has started again from scratch.
If you missed the original game I'm pretty sure there's a demo of it somewhere, that I recommend trying. It was a great game when it came several years ago and hopefully they'll manage to keep the tone and gameplay somewhat similar.

Ah, I remember the fun I had with the original game... pretty videos aren't a guarantee of more of the same goodness, but it certainly does seem promising.

I think that was just a knock against Paradox who also makes EU. EU does go popup crazy sometimes.

I heard good things about the first one but never played it. Will probably pick this up.

Yeah, yeah, I get it.:lol: You should know that he is back in some form, which is great imo. His voice was characteristic for Majesty and the fact that you still hear his voice eight years after and from a game you didn't find that good speaks for itself... :king:
