The nature of this game is inspired by how this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=275804) has evolved. Basically, this game will still always be RPS, but the choices, possibilities matrix(think game board), and relation of the players to the rules can evolve.

So anyway each person will declare their move in response to the previous move. Your objective should be beating the previous move. For example post I could be scissors, then post two is rock, then post three could be paper or something else that will beat rock and has win/lose choices to the other options in the game. Then you also copy and paste the rules listed from the post above and add any amendments you made. I will start.

Decent so far. There is some cross linkage, but several of these options need to beat more than one choice. For example, not enough things beat children. Horrible statement I now. Also, nice job reusing the Manufacturing Stuffup.

For example, I might play Guy with Knife. Somebody else plays Guy with Gun. I then win by declaration SWITCH and switching to Policeman. The objective is to play something which nobody can use switching to beat that beats what your opponent just played, or win after all the switching the sides can think of.

If people don't like the rule AFTER understanding it, we can just drop it.

It makes sense. The carp sit in the water, stare at the fisherman, they get to the edge, they try to fish, but their task is interrupted by carp, then they try again, but the carp has them in their sights and they go in for the kill, dragging the fisherman into the water and nibbling him to death, the same way as to bureaucrats. It happened to me in one of my forts.

Perfection beats children, Complete Arbitrarity, farts in the faces of The Arbiter and Master Chief, and ignores stupid rules.
Paper covers Rock.
Fire burns Paper, beats Rock, Perfection, Thatcher, all humans (except Jesus), children, Santa, Rudolph, and beer.
Glacier Melting prevents fire, (in theory) puts out of business Santa, ruldoph
SDLG beats Fire.
Shields block SDLG.
Manufacturing Stuffup sabotages Shields, SDLG II, Antidote, Power generators, SDLG, Solar Panels, Giant Robots, EMP, sabotages Guy with Knife's Knife, Guy with Gun's Gun, Burning Oil, anything artificially made.
Union strike nullifies Shields, Manufacturing Stuffup.
