Past two hours I've been looking for an old story on Civ3 on both Apolyton and CFC. I can't remember the author or title, only the plot. Perhaps someone else could link it. The background was a World War era battle. England without any oil comes under attack by Rome, Germany, and Russia. Despite the lack of resources England eventually emerges victorious. Anyone have any ideas where this story is?
