I have never played in a NES, but i really want to. Every time i try to join one, it's already started, so please post new ones here so i will know which one and when to join!

About 5 places left if I remember correctly. Just check the front page, it's updated whenever someone joins.

As for the Happiness system in it, don't worry about it, just know that if you do something like raise taxes, make sure you leave some money over that I'll dole out to Happiness to make sure your provinces don't rebel.

Rebellions aren't that likely really, as they have to get past the happiness roll, the loyalty roll and they're only made under certain circumstances(usually happiness is below 7).

So all you really need to worry about it keeping your nation going.
