Yet, I was conquering a civ, yet when that civ vasseled to the strongest civ in the game, the strongest civ declared war on me. I thought that Bhuric changed it so that peace was automatically declared in such a sitution? Am I mistaken about that?

When a check the patch, all the information says is that vassel capitulation was refixed, but it doesn't explain how it was refixed. Isn't peace supposed to automatically be declared under the above situation?

Yes the 48 civ dll includes Bhuric's 1.21.

I think it also matters how the civ becomes a vassal in terms of how peace is supposed to work ... if they capitulate to the other civ then you should get peace, if the other civ instead decides to accept them as a free vassal then the master civ inherits all the wars of the vassal and would declare war on you.
