I have searched the forums and web but can't find a definitive answer. Can you save and reload a MP game in conquests? My wife and I played for 6 hours and saved... now I can't load it in MP mode... only single player. Load from the in-game menu doesn't work, starting a new MP game and trying to load it doesn't work, and loading from the main menu doesn't work. Is this even a feature? If not, *HOW* could they possible expect you to finish a full game without needing your PC for something else during that time? Crazy!

If you want to continue a LAN game later, you have to save it while playing the LAN game. When you want to continue, you have to host another multiplayer LAN game, and then on the left side where the settings are, under Game Type select Load Game. Select the save file you need, and that will load your game as it was before and you can continue from where you left off. Just make sure that the players are assigned to who they were before, and everything else should be the same.

It works perfectly fine for me... I have started numerous LAN games with others, saved them, and continued later this way.

Under game type I only have Simultaneous, Turn Based, Hotseat, and Play By Email. Did I not save it correctly, maybe? I was the host when I saved and just clicked Save from the menu in the game screen. I do have the save game and can load it from the main menu.
