How does it work ?
Are you able to interact manually with others (human or AI) players ??
I did'nt find the way to do this.

If not this is really a bad thing and I don't understand this choice.

For example (in a private match) I can't do anything in the Diplomatic action panel !!

all you got to do is meet a opposing country then click on the RB button and you can buy techenology, threat countries, declare war, or have a friendly conversation.
