Ok, Here's the mod with the three civilizations. There are no new units, building, ect...

Anybody may use/edit this mod.

It is like that for every civilization. When the city list ends they take random cities from other city lists that isn't in the game already.

I've created three civilization. There are no technical problems, except for one thing. Once you've settled all the cities that I've created for each civilization, whenever you settle a new city, you'll get the names of cities from other civilizations (Moscow, Beijing, Berlin, ect...)

You probably didn't make it long enough then... Here's 57 English cities (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English_cities_by_population)... that should be enough!
