I don't see a way i can still win, i don't think i can win the space race, conquest, domination, and culture are way out of the pic, and i nearly won diplo a few times, but now Peter is leading on the S.G. votes, he was only like 20 votes off winning last time. At first i saw i had about a 200 point lead on Peter so i thought i could just keep on pulling away till the end, but now Peter jumped into the lead out of no where i really don't know how he did it, and i'm not sure if victory is obtainable any more

I think it is on prince, its BTS, and earth 1000 A.D.

sorry I can't open the save here, but 1000 AD is still very early so I think that at least space, military and score wins are still possible

are you more or less at tech parity, similar sizes to the AI, any chance of a few succesful wars against some weaker civs?

I think this game is winnable, if Peter doesn’t invade you. If I beat it I’ll tell you more.
…Things would be easier if you didn’t go SAM infantry crazy. Space Race is your best chance, I think, I didn’t examine diplomacy as an option. This means you want assembly plants and laboratories in many of your cities. Most of you cities don’t have this and it needs to be a priority. Which means your cities can’t produce mech infantry while producing these. You have so much money, if those SAM Infantry were regular infantry I could upgrade them to mech infantry and this would make Peter less scary.

I believe he meant that the scenario is "Earth 1000AD". The save is at 2012AD and I think the position looks pretty bad. When I play the earth scenarios I try to control all of Europe and take out Russia so I can restrain China from getting to much land. Basically because you're territory is so small and you're a long way from space race I think you will have a lot of trouble getting to the victory conditions in time.

OK some other things…
…There was no reason to be in Hereditary Rule. I switched to Universal Suffrage, none of your cities became unhappy, and used all money to build forges/assembly plants/coal and hydro power plants.
…2 biggest mistakes are keeping one unit in border cities. But a bigger mistake than that is that most of your cities don’t have assembly plants. Production should always be a high priority.
…If Peter doesn’t invade, I think this is winnable by simply prioritizing all the production buildings, then laboratories, then the space ship parts. It wouldn’t be winnable on noble+, Peter would eat you, it wouldn’t even be a meal, it would be a snack. I’ve gone 4 turns in now.

The original plan was just to take out Saladin or at least vassalize him to get more votes for the U.N., since everyone likes me i thought with Saladin's votes i would have enough to win a diplo victory, i never planned on Peter getting that many votes, i couldn't believe it when i saw how evenly matched we were in votes. I didn't leave any troops at home because Ragnar was my only real threat and the Spaniards took him out a while ago, but i guess that was a mistake and won't do it next time. I went SAM and nuke crazy thinking i could just win by diplo, forgetting about production and man was that a mistake.
