I once was making a fortress. I dug underground for a few levels to store everything, then I decided to make a moat from the nearby river.

I forgot the fort had underground parts, so next thing I knew, the bottom floors were getting flooded because of my failure...
I once modified Wizards to be able to swim naturally and I set their boiling point real high so they wouldn't die on contact with magma.
The stupid idiots kept swimming in magma and lighting their flammables on fire. Then demons came in and my hammerman beat em up while on fire and then my game crashed when I tried to save out...
