Hello everybody. I am experiencing the above errors when I try to start, load, and set up the game. I know it could be many things, but does anyone have any suggestions(I tried reinstalling).

can you post your dxdiag results?

I checked and found nothing wrong in the dx diagnostics.

from the dxdiag results I would just like to see:

what are your comp specs
what is your graphics card
how old is your driver

Here are those specs, and by the way, this isn't affecting any of my other games, programs, etc.

your driver is 6 years old - there is certainly a newer one out there - try that :)

Any advice on where to find a good one?

see the below link - also: do you have win xp service pack 2 or 3 installed? if not you should consider that :)
