ehh... ok, so, after lurking the threads for a while and not finding what I need, I directly ask for a compiled list that will benefit all who need it.

I want to know a tech path that will advance me as quickly as possible to the last age. I know theres a way that you can get ICBM's a few centuries before their time. and yes I know this is pending on settings and general luck of location/resources, but, assuming that the above dont matter, and you just get down to the tech tree, what is the quickest way to build up a city to the modern era (assuming city research as well like the aqueduct to keep production at full capacity)

Thanks

Nukes are so deep in the tech path that you're best off just teching as quickly as possible.

Your question is too general anyway. Empire management is more than half of what civ is all about, and the optimal tech path will vary depending on the difficulty, civ you're using, and the map. A lot.

City specialization guides and guides that help your early game will probably speed up your progress towards what you're looking for the best I think.

Start a "Custom Game" and select "Era: Modern".
