OK. I've had pollutation, too crowded, flood plains, etc.
I'd like to ask for list of all those negativiness and how to get rid of those, as well as how to avoid them. I'd like to thank anyone helping here, on forehand. :)

The amount of happiness that your city has is your happiness "cap" ( Some resources like gold, silver, dye, spices make your citizens happy, as does a Colosseum )
:yuck: is solved by having resources like rice, cow, pigs, wheat, corn, fish, clams, and also by constructing a granary.
You can build an aqueduct once you research mathematics. If you research Monarchy and use the civic Hereditary rule, every one of your military units give +1 happy. As you go up in techs I wouldn't worry about unhappiness - At the end of the game I end up with a 3 happy > 1 unhappy ratio
The "Avoid growth" button is fairly useful too.
Some people like to go with a 4 unhappy / 5 happy system ( Where there is still room for another citizen ) so they can use slavery.

You don't get rid of unhappiness and unhealthiness except by getting rid of the people that are unhappy and unhealthy. But you can raise the "cap," as Genv mentioned, using a variety of methods. Check the strategy articles section.
