My World map from my World War II scenario. Neutral Countries are no longer just Mountains. All 18 Vanilla civs in fairly accurate start positions. Contains a second version with Americas Civs as minor civs to allow for a colonization style game.

What do you mean, the black bars? No it's actually like that, it's an elongated map not the standard ratio.
