Hey folks.

So I got myself a new laptop - with Vista32. I went off to a business trip and took the laptop and Civ 3 Complete along for the trainride so that I'd have something to do. I install the game and during boot-up the error message saying that there's a missing font and that the game decides to exit.

I'm thinking that it's due to a font that exists in XP but not in Vista that's missing. The error message didn't tell me what the font in question was.

Thanks in advance, fellas.

I've just installed civ 3 complete in my vista laptop. So far, I have no problem opening the game. Maybe the installation is not complete. You may need to reinstall.

Have you read this page (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=224200)? It contains solutions to a font error, it might be the same error you have.
