I've noticed a lot of people associate leaders with starting Techs, and even your leader picker application works on that premise..

You all do realize that leaders are associated with Civilizations, not the leaders within them, don't you? o_O

EDIT: Techs associated with Civilizations, my bad. I tore one of my contacts this morning and don't have a replacement, so I'm missing things. x_O

I think he meant "You all do realize that TECHS are associated with Civilizations, not the leaders within them, don't you? o_O"

I think the original poster could also be confusing "Traits" which are often discussed... I rarely here folks speak of starting TECHS in regards to leaders, nearly as much as starting TRAITS.
