We (illegally) had a bunch of hatton rounds that we couldn't turn in before we had to go home, so we had to shoot them all. Also our batallion commander decided to make a "fun" contest called "Fu Manchu" (we were known as the Manchu's at the time), which was who could grow the best moustache. Alright, here's the story. In Canada, we have a neat (worthless) tradition whereas we have "graduation" after we pass Middle School. Apparently it's a feat that we're going to high school in September *shrug*

Yup! We were in the same halls at uni, shared a house/flat with a few others for the next two years... brief stint living with the parents again, and then shared a flat for a year, a month living with parents while we searched for a place in London and recruited another housemate. Now finally we're back in London sharing a flat where I regularly like to terrorise him by locking him out on the balcony, mocking his cooking and my favourite activity of frightening him.

My most recent terrorist act against Mise was coming in at 3am on the morning of his birthday from work... creeping into his room and shouting "HAPPY BIIIIIIRTHDAY!!!" at him :D

What you see is part of the Vercors Plateau (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vercors_Plateau) Famous for many things but mainly because of what happened over there during world war two. Its a great site for many sports activites and for people who just enjoy nature by itself.

Pictures taken at the Galibier Pass, French Alps. Famous place because the Tour de France goes through this mountain pass often. Those guys are photographers who take pictures of people on bikes, motorcyles and other exotic rides then sell them via their website.

Too expensive for my taste.

Yeah, it was. This is actually the sunrise from the top of the A mountain at ASU. We got up at 4 AM to watch the sun peek from over the mountains, and by 6:00, when we were hiking back to our apartment, we were pretty much already dying out on Mill Ave. I needed a drink :)

Actually, my only sibling/sister is 16. I don't live with my immediate family anymore. I'm living with my grandparents. My grandfather and I went to his dad's house and one of my five year old 'cousins' was there.

Thought this was a nice shot despite the lighting (or maybe even because of it). That dude is a college football player who comes thru almost every day for a smoothie & sometimes a meal. He's kind of a player supposedly so I thought it was kinda cute when he started playing with the baby.

A few days ago I took a Greyhound bus from Columbia back to New Jersey to see my girlfriend & daughter, I got a few days off & the timing was perfect since I could catch a ride all the way back to SC from someone I knew. Greyhound, as I knew from past experience is pretty terrible & I am usually clinically incapable of sleeping on buses, trains or planes (this was no exception, I slept about fifteen minutes on this seventeen hour journey (from 7:45PM to 1:45PM the next day). The first busload was full of just-released convicts. They seemed pretty harmless though, most of them were pretty jovial about just being released. I swapped seats with this one guy so he could sit next to a woman he fancied (one that I'd have needed at least double his 4-year sentence to have found appealing) who'd also just gotten free.

Anyway, most of them got off in South & North Carolina. Here's a couple shots of the terminal in Virginia where I had to transfer for the second time. It was around 4:30AM.
