Can i win with conquest if i have vassal states of AI civs? I just got offered a vassal bij victoria but i am not sure wether to accept or not.

yes, it's easiest way to get a conquest victory - to vassalize all rival civs. it's much easier and faster than domination, especially with 3.17 patch where enemy leaders more likely to capitulate.
