I loaded a random scenario before entering world builder, I'm about 4 hours into it and only just realized that i can't change the number of players, or identity of players in the game. Also, when I load the scenario; units spawn in the ocean.

How can I choose spawn locations/ how can i change player identity?

i guess what i really want to do is save it as a map, so that players can choose their civ in the lobby.
