I can't seem to down load anything,not on my desktop,nor on my laptop.Please,give me step by step directions,talk me through like I'm a moron,cuz I seem to be the only one on here who can't download stuff.

Well, we can help you somewhat, but you could get some better advice specific to what you want to download over at the Creation and Customization (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=46) forum, where you can find all the scenarios. It really depends on what you are downloading. The process is different if it's a package, or a single file, and it also depends where you need to place the files. Whoever made the scenario should have detailed instructions on how to download and where to place their specific files.
