My favourite was the "Fiddler's Dance" from Railroad Tycoon. Hope they keep at least some of the good oldies...

A modified original score with some new added songs would be nice. I love the music from original COL, I still get it stuck in my head at times or after playing. Given their track record I would say that we Can expect to hear some classic COL tunes :)

I loved the music switch on the intro, with the ship sailing around map obstacles to the origional civ1 theme, and then when it hits land you get the switch to uptempo folksy stuff for the title screen. :)

They reworked some of the Civ 1 music for Civ 2, but I'd love it if they kept at least a few of the old tracks - Jine the Cavalry, Hornpipe, Cornwall, and of course, if you could find it, the Fountain of Youth!!! That one always made my day :)

I have most of them... I recorded them from the game though...

Unfortunately, I don't like the music in the new Civ4 Col.

It's a pity because I left the music on nearly all the time in Civ4 and hoped to do so in this. But I find the tunes with solo violin or pipes are too harsh a sound for me and too distracting. I find I have to turn it off after a couple of minutes. I wanted something more moody and more background.

I am quite disappointed but I suppose you can't please everyone.

I just wish this game came with a jukebox option like COL 1 did. When I'm running the WOI, I want to listen to ONLY military tunes.
