I just got the game at Best Buy, came home and pulled out a little card saying I had access to exclusive download content. Excited.

The ticket gave me instructions to the website www.2kgames.com/civredeem and type in the code on the back of the card.

However, the website wasn't working. I called 2Kgames and they said they website wasn't working. I just wanted to put this out there so people wouldn't flood 2Kgames w/questions about why the website wasn't working.

Now...off to PLAY!!!! :D

Thanks for posting this! I got my game at Gamestop and had the same prob.

The DLC is not available yet guys. It'll be out in a few weeks.
