Hi I just bought CIV 3 Complete I installed it but when I load it to play the screen is jumpy so much I can barely see whats happening. Please help!!!

Could it be that your mouse is at the far left or far right side of the screen? That would make the map scroll in that direction.

Doesn't really seem likely that this is your problem, however.

Screen refresh rate, perhaps? (I'm just guessing.)
