Hi all, just thought I would post my strategy for the "It's Money that Matters" Scenario.

I used the Spanish as their navigation starting tech really helps. Anyhow, rush to writing and produce 3-4 spies + the free one you get. Load up a Galleon, head over to the capitals of the other civs, and start stealing money. In total, you will make between $1,500 and $2,500 depending on your luck.

In addition, if you are quick enough the other civs won't have any defending spies, so it will be like taking candy from a baby.

I was playing on Diety and the added cash really helps you choose the victory you want and keep your foes from enjoying it. :lol:

Yeah. That's a good tip, I'll try it. I'm getting pissed off on Diety

I know, it's my first diety game that I've had a pretty good lead in. I can dominate on emperor but I usually get overwhelmed way too quick on diety, unfortunately.

Oh well, I'd hate it if there wasn't any challenge.
