by the way, i renamed the axeman (i rename all my units, cities and civilizations)

the combat log should also have a fight between another chariot and axeman that did go as expected.

EDIT... Would someone please delete this? i didnt notice it was merely when ATTACKING axeman they got 100%

chariots got +100% only while attacking axeman not when they are being attacked by axe

Don't worry Spice, I think everyone on this forum made the same mistake at some point. I know I did :)
