Just curious if Civ4 Gold will work with the latest patch. Thanks!

Yes, it will work, but we still have to merge those XML changes from 3.17. Mostly just small changes in standard units (and thus unique units we based upon them) like costs, flanking against siege, etc. Hardly noticeable stuff.
