Yeah, but since I cannot open multiplayer saves as a singleplayer game, I can't load them in Worldbuilder, and thus I can't save them as WBS.

When not hosting a IP Multiplayer game, upon exiting you can choose to continue in Singleplayer mode. (Don't know if it works the other way around.)
