Hi, I'd like to know if techs are automatically shared when you play as a team and if the answer is no can you share them via diplomacy? Thanks in advance!

Well, kind of, kind of not. you dont automatically get them, but its easier if your partner got the tech first

if your partner gets the tech first then you can learn that tech in just one turn even if you only have one science.
