i have writen their names in that order but the order does not say nothing if we aren't playing face to face.

every country start with three home bases (russia with 4) and can build units only in them.
as you see, there are dots (bases) almost every where, and thos bases are important if you want your army to grow. every base is equel to an army, or a fleet.
the more bases you control, the bigger army you have.
every tritory can have only one unit, no more, no metter who are you.
the game go in turns, every two turns are a year.
the first turn in the game it's spring 1900.
you can only conquer bases in winter, if you pass on them in the summer you don't own them yet.
after every winter it's building, disbuding time, it's mean that in this time, i will count how many bases you have and how many units, and then if you have more bases you could build units if you have more units than bases you will need to disband units.
as i already sayd you can build only on home bases, and becus you can't put more than one unit on a teritory, so you an't build more than 3 units(or 4 if you are russia)
you can use diplomacy as you want, you can tell someone that you are not attacking him, but still attack.
fleets can take armys over water like in this line:
F english chanel C (mean convoy) A brest to belgium.

erez just go to the diplomacy sub forum of the all other games forum if you want to play diplomacy. Nes are not the same thing if you want to play diplomacy then go there and play it or find some sites dedicated to it that you like.
