GPS, I found the email here, but do everyone else have the email they are supposed to send to? I know moverred is in the other thread at least..

Dammit! I knew it was too good to be true. I'm having problems loading the save. I have the mod installed along with the patch as per this link http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=171398 and i know the game works as I've played a game or two with no problems but when i try to load the save Oyzar sent me I get a uncompress failed error which flashes onto my screen before the game crashes. Any ideas? It seems i have the most up-to-date version and have never had an error like this before so don't have any idea what the problem is?

Ok scratch that I worked it out. I didn't realise all the patches that came out were under the Patch l link. I got the patch a while back called patch l so assumed I had the most up-to-date but obviously there has been a new one since and still patch l so didn't realise it had been updated. I downloaded again, patched and it works now :)

I sent it on. In game it mentioned an option for sending the save in-game to the next player. Can anyone enlighten me as to how that works?

I have saved manually and I didn't realize a sub folder was existing with the save for you. I presume I have sent my personnal save.

Now we finished one round and i actually managed to settle :D. My capital isn't amazing though it'll work out i guess...

I just reinstalled my OS and it seems like i have some problems reinstalling fall from heaven so it might take some time before the turns start traveling again...

This is not going well for me already! Only one Spectre apparently attacked my warrior though I had thought that perhaps both had and died as my warrior lived. Just now though the Spectre has appeared in my cultural borders, moving in on my capital which has just produced a warrior (meaning this next turn, but I saw him built after I ended my turn, tg). Also, my warrior popped a hut and got an Orc. He is wounded and probably deserves to die anyway for being so damn unlucky!

I got it on the 9th so either poliorcet or movered...

I have sent the turn 11 on the 9th. As Hoplosternum is just before me, the file is stuck somewhere else before.

Sorry i ment ulfang or movered, not you... With everyone checking every day i don't understand how it can take 3 days for the file to move 2 steps along the way...

I would ask that everyone plays their turn every day, if possible... if issues come up or you are on a trip or something that is fine, but the norm should be a turn a day. Unless there has been some change in peoples' schedules which doesn't allow that?

My computer just stopped working so i am not sure when i'll be able to play ffh again(probably like a week)... would be nice if someone could take my turns or something, if not you'll have to wait.

Hmm, well I received the game on the 18th (I think) and sent it on later that day. So it was still chugging a long over the weekend. First time I had seen this game (rather than FFH1 game) for a while....

Last time I have seen game 2 (and 3), it was on the 18th. Hop' has received game 2 that day.

okay, i recieved my save on 10/30, then sent it to Oyzar the same day.

So it seems to be movethered that is missing? That would mean he is missing from game 2 and 3? So I guess I will give his civs to one of the two players interested. I'll contact them tonight/tomorrow, and have them give e-mail addresses to whomever needs them.

yeah, it seems it is movethered that quit... so PM ulfang your e-mail address, and he will send the save to you.

Then when you finish the turn you send to hoplosternum. His e-mail is the same as his name, at hotmail.

He needs the correct version of ffh though... we are using 32l

Sorry, but there's this guy in this game that I don't feel comfortable with, so I quit.

I really don't see what your problem is... We were chatting on msn(where i was sending the file) but when i asked you how old you were, you suddenly freaked out like it was the worst possibly insult...

Do we think we can maintain this game now or is it dying a death? Because of dropouts etc it has rather disrupted it. I'm happy to carry on if we can fix the turnaround which is difficult unless you get a bunch of reliable players (which is never easy) but I'm guessing the game has been so slow that most people have probably lost interest.....

I could find another player i guess...

Hi Ulfang,

I think it is just the one person who has caused the trouble by leaving for whatever reason. Then the first replacement has quit before he began. The rest of us are probably in the other FFH games or at least are fairly reliable so I think it is just one slot that is the problem.

We could always boot that nation to AI if getting a replacement proves difficult. I would rather do that than give up the game.
