If this was intentional then ignore, but I've noticed cities worded differently than in regular RFC. For example: Delhi is now Dilli and Babil is Babilu.

EDIT: I guess it was intentional then, never mind.

Delhi is the same if it's indian. I conquered it as Carthago and it became Delli.

I have seen one of the international congresses where an unnamed city changed hands.

It was like

"Has gone under Roman control" and it did not say what one.

Dilli is the original name, at least in modern Hindi, Urdu, Arabic and Persian. Delhi might be only in European languages...

no you're right, I *thought* it got renamed cos I was carthaginian, but it wasn't.

Delhi might be only in European languages...

It might be Sanskrit (lh) in the Roman alphabet, possibly.
