I'm presently doing a mod based on the First Command & Conquer Red alert game and am trying to figure out a way to introduce a Chronosphere in the scenario.
In the game, the Chronosphere was a device used by the allied forces to teleport a single vehicule anywhere on the battlefield.
For the purpose of the game, I thought about enabling allied tanks to paradrop (by creating new animations) at a certain distance from a city with a chronosphere. Doing this would unfortunately disable paratroopers which don't need a chronosphere but a simple airport for a paradrop.
What could I do to make a chronosphere work without giving it all the benefits of the airport to that improvement or wonder?

Get the hacked editor (available in the utility programs sub-forum), and set the chronosphere as a "telepad" and the unit that can be chrono-shifted as "teleporting"

A Study on Teleportation (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=187949). Make sure you study. For example, IIRC using the cracked editor to add teleportation must be done after all other things are done to create the mod.

Furthermore, designating a unit as a telepad means it'll take one hit point whenever a unit teleports to it.
