To anyone wanting to join the UKNES3,
Please apply in the UKNES3 thread(NOT HERE!).
Britain is the only open nation at the moment, and is quite powerful. It has 15 gold to spend in the next turn, enabling it to buy three towns to increase its income to the maximum that it could get.
It's the major naval nation, and can strike at Spain or Sweden with ease(they have undefended coasts in areas) in the next turn, once you decide which side to join in the war.
Oh, and the history is this:
Byzantium, Russia and Rome are in an alliance(the PBJ) which tried to dominate all the others by power(in TUNA's words).
Austria, Prussia, Carthage and Sweden(TUNA) are fighting them to bring "justice" as they put it. The PBJ say that they are just jealous.
France has just joined TUNA, and Spain looks set to join the PBJ.
Britain is the only nation not in the conflict, but could quickly secure Denmark if it did enter on PBJ's side, or Portugal if it joined on TUNA's side(but only in the next turn, the armies must remain where they are for this turn if you want to build those towns that can max out your money).
If Britain is already taken when you get to the UKNES3 thread, put your name down anyway. If enough people(say 5 to 7) put their name down for reserve places I will probably open up another UKNES3(with a slightly updated map, the one which will be used in UKNES4 as well). This new UKNES3 will not be open to those already in the UKNES3.
