I propose that we hold a single elimination state by state tourney


one person by way of a single state tournament will be crowned civ rev champion of that respective state.

than they will move on to a regional bracket such as east south west north

each bracket will crown a champ and than each champ will face off untill we have a winer

which im quite sure will not be me.
